Day 1 - Kaikoura, North Canterbury
From Christchurch, travel up the East Coast to Kaikoura. Enjoy dinner at the Lodge tonight.
Day 2 - Kaikoura, North Canterbury
View the playful dolphins from the boat or in the water, you may even see a whale!
Day 3 - TOP OF SOUTH ISLAND

Day 5 - TOP OF SOUTH ISLAND
Explore Golden Bay and take an exhilarating horse-trek on the beach and clifftops with views to Farewell Spit.

Your journey today brings you over the Haast Pass and through Wanaka, where you can stop for lunch and a stroll by the lake beneath snow-capped mountains. Clyde is an historic town and your accommodation has an excellent restaurant.
Day 12 - Clyde, Central Otago

You are only an hour from Queenstown, so enjoy the stunning drive through the Kawerau and Gibbston valleys and take a 4WD tour to Skippers Canyon.
Day 13 - Journey's End
From Clyde, drive to Queenstown or Dunedin or continue back to Christchurch via Lakestone Lodge.
